How do I receive Points after I write an application?
Reward Points are distributed quarterly, in the weeks following the end of each Quarter in which Points were earned. You will receive a Rewards Drop email containing a GoldenCare Reward Code. That code may be redeemed on your Rewards Account, for the appropriate number of Points earned during that Quarter.
For qualifying business written, please allow 30 – 45 days for payment to post after the policy is issued before Points are accrued for the Quarter.
How do I get my Points into my GoldenCare Rewards account?
Once you receive a Reward Code for the Points earned during the quarter, log into your GoldenCare rewards account and enter the full Code including the beginning (APP-xxx). The Codes are case sensitive and we recommend copying and pasting to redeem.
NOTE: You must have your ManhattanLife writing number entered correctly and saved in your profile in order to redeem Reward Codes for their corresponding Points.

Why do I get an error when I try to redeem for a Gift Card?
